Standard Warranty
Please read the following warranty information before
using your new
Y S Design Robotic Massage Chair
The warranty covers mechanical defects & workmanship.
Cosmetic repairs and replacements are not covered. The
warranty is not valid if the product has been misused
or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of
Y S Design. The warranty applies only to the product.
Y S Design is not responsible in any way for losses,
damages, or inconvenience caused by equipment failure.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty repairs.
1. If your Y S Design Massage Chair requires repair
within the first 1 year of ownership, at Y S Design
discretion, we will either repair your product or provide
you with parts at no charge.
2. If your Y S Design Massage Chair requires repair
after 1 year, but within 2 year of ownership. Y S Design
will provide you with parts that are covered by this
warranty, at no charge.
3. If your Y S Design Massage Chair requires repair
after 2 year, you will be required to pay for all costs
associated with the repair of your product. This includes
the shipping expense, if required. Y S Design will repair
the product.
In the unlikely event that your chair malfunctions or
requires repair, please contact Y S Design Customer
Service between the hours of 9:30AM
and 4:30PM for instructions and assistance. All service
covered by this warranty must be approved by Y S Design.
This warranty is only valid in Australia. The foregoing
is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply
to refurbished products or products used or sold as
floor samples.
In order to monitor our level of service and repair
progress, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
(RMA) will be assigned to all returns. All products
or parts returned for repair must have the RMA number
clearly marked.
We are unable to accept returns without an RMA.
